1. The programme
SAKURION Signature is the free loyalty programme of SAKURION (SAKURA GROUP SRL, Rue des Tongres 53, 1040 Etterbeek). The card is personal: one card per person. It is created once the e-mail address is confirmed, then shown at every visit (phone or Apple Wallet / Google Wallet).
2. Stamps and free session
One stamp per session paid at the salon, consultations and subscription sessions excluded. After 5 stamps, your next session is offered, up to the average price paid for those 5 sessions. Stamps expire after 12 months without a visit.
3. Tiers
Your tier depends on the total of your paid sessions at SAKURION. Discounts are applied at the till when you show your card.

4. Birthday
Gold and Platinum tiers, once a year, from 3 days before to 3 days after your birthday: Gold, 50 % off one session (up to 60 € off); Platinum, one session offered (value up to 120 €). The date of birth is optional; without it, there is no birthday benefit.
5. Referral
Every member receives a personal referral code. Someone who has never been to SAKURION enters it when signing up. Once she has paid her first session (consultations excluded), the referring member receives a care credit of 10 € and the new client a welcome care credit of 10 €.
A care credit is valid for 12 months and is deducted at the till on a care session. Credits add up: several credits can be deducted on the same session. A credit is not refundable, not exchangeable for cash and not transferable. No self-referral (same person, same e-mail or same phone). At most 20 rewarded referrals per member and per calendar year.
6. Personal data
Data controller: SAKURA GROUP SRL. Your name, e-mail, mobile, date of birth (if given) and visits are used only to manage your card. We inform you by e-mail about your card and about changes to the programme; every e-mail contains a link to stop receiving them. Marketing offers are sent only if you ticked the dedicated box, separate from these terms; you can withdraw that consent at any time. Access, correction, erasure: info@sakurion.beauty. 7. Changes to the programme
SAKURION may change the programme; stamps, credits and benefits already earned remain valid until they expire.
