Access to and use of the website is subject to these terms. By accessing the website, the user acknowledges having read them and accepts them without reservation.

Intellectual property — All content on the website (texts, images, logos, videos, graphics, icons, trademarks) is protected by copyright, trademark law and other intellectual property rights, in accordance with the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Book XI) and applicable European directives. Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution without prior written authorisation from SAKURA GROUP SRL is strictly prohibited.

Liability — SAKURA GROUP SRL strives to ensure the accuracy of published information but cannot be held liable for errors, omissions or results obtained from misuse of this information. Access to the website may be interrupted at any time for maintenance or updates.

3. Privacy Policy

Data collected — last name, first name, email address, phone number, postal address (when booking appointments or purchasing services). Browsing data (IP address, cookies) is also collected automatically. Purposes: appointment and service management, billing, commercial communications (with prior consent), service improvement and compliance with legal obligations.

Retention — data is kept for the duration necessary for processing, and for a maximum of 5 years after the last contact, unless otherwise required by law (accounting and tax obligations of 7 years). 4. Cookie Policy

In accordance with European Directive 2002/58/EC (amended by 2009/136/EC) and the Belgian law of 13 June 2005, here are the cookies actually used on this site. Essential cookies: necessary for the website to function (language preference, security) — legal basis: legitimate interest. The site currently uses no analytics cookies (Google Analytics or equivalent) and no advertising or personalisation cookies.

When you open the online booking window, the embedded Treatwell module may set its own cookies, governed by Treatwell's privacy policy. Should this policy change in the future (e.g. the addition of audience-measurement tools), this page will be updated accordingly and, where required, your consent will be requested beforehand.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with articles VI.47 to VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and European Directive 2011/83/EU: for any distance purchase of a product, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

Exceptions (art. VI.53 CDE) — the right of withdrawal does not apply to aesthetic care services already performed with your prior consent, nor to unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. Procedure: notify us of your decision by email at info@sakurion.beauty. Refund within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method.

6. Legal Warranty

In accordance with articles 1649bis to 1649octies of the former Belgian Civil Code and Directive 1999/44/EC: all consumer goods sold benefit from the 2-year legal warranty of conformity from delivery. If a defect is found within the first 12 months, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

7. Pricing

All displayed prices are in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC), in accordance with Belgian VAT law. Care prices are provided when booking and may vary according to the nature and duration of the service. SAKURA GROUP SRL reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; the applicable price is the one in force at the time of booking confirmation.

8. Delivery and Returns

Products ordered on the website are delivered in Belgium and within the European Union. Delivery times are indicated when ordering (generally 3 to 7 business days). In accordance with article VI.43 CDE, delivery occurs no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded. Returns are accepted within the scope of the right of withdrawal (section 5); products must be returned in their original packaging, unused.

9. Payment Methods

SAKURION accepts: bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact), bank transfer and cash payment at the institute. All online payments are secured by SSL encryption compliant with PCI-DSS standards. In accordance with the PSD2 directive (2015/2366/EU), strong customer authentication (SCA) may be required for certain transactions.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These legal notices are governed by Belgian law. In case of dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution. In accordance with EU Regulation No 524/2013, the consumer may use the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Failing that, the courts of the judicial district of Brussels shall have sole jurisdiction.
