What are your opening hours?
We welcome you Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Consultations are by appointment only to provide you with personalized and attentive service.

Is the first consultation free?
Yes, the first consultation is completely free. It allows us to assess your needs, present the appropriate treatments, and establish a personalized care plan.
Can I cancel or reschedule my appointment?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. After this deadline, cancellation fees may apply. Contact us by phone or email for any changes.
3 Our Treatments and Technologies
What types of treatments do you offer?
We offer a comprehensive range of advanced aesthetic treatments: cryolipolysis (CryoCore™) for body contouring, multifunction facial treatments (HydraDerm Pro™) including radiofrequency, mesotherapy, and oxygen therapy, as well as diode laser hair removal (LazePro Ultra™) for permanent hair reduction.
Are the treatments painful?
Our devices integrate advanced cooling systems (Peltier 360°) to minimize discomfort. Most of our clients describe the sessions as comfortable. A slight sensation of cold or warmth may be felt depending on the type of treatment.
How many sessions are required?
The number of sessions varies depending on the type of treatment and each client's goals. Generally, laser hair removal requires 6 to 8 sessions, cryolipolysis 1 to 3 sessions per area, and facial treatments are recommended in courses of 4 to 6 sessions. A personalized treatment plan will be proposed during your consultation.
Are the results permanent?
Results depend on the type of treatment. Laser hair removal provides permanent hair reduction. Cryolipolysis permanently eliminates treated fat cells. Facial treatments provide lasting improvements, reinforced by regular maintenance sessions.

What are your prices?
Our prices vary depending on the type of treatment, the treated area, and the number of sessions. A detailed and personalized quote will be provided during your free consultation. We also offer advantageous packages for multi-session courses.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, Bancontact), bank transfer, and cash at the clinic. Payment facilities can be arranged for treatment packages.

Are your devices certified?

Are there any contraindications?
Some treatments may have contraindications (pregnancy, certain skin conditions, metallic implants, etc.). This is why a prior consultation is essential. Our team will assess your eligibility and recommend the most suitable treatment for your situation.
